Career Summary

As a property manager for Pfefferle Management’s Residential Division, Michelle Shaffer Burns oversees condominium and homeowners’ associations. She provides information, project management, maintenance request monitoring, expense management and consults with the board of directors.

Michelle was born in Baraboo, WI and moved to the Fox Valley in 1996. Her start in the world of real estate was conducting closings with a local title company. From there she became a local developer, coordinating with all parties to complete closing preparations and managing condo associations until turning them over to the owners. She also obtained her real estate license during this time.

Michelle has been married to her husband since 2011 and they have three awesome children and two dogs. She enjoys being outside and working in her garden in the summer and hibernating in the winter.
