Career Summary

Jess Oviatt proudly serves as the Senior Residential Property Manager for Pfefferle Management’s Residential Division, marking five years of dedicated service as of February 17, 2025. In this role, she continues to support her colleagues and supervisor by building and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with individuals from all walks of life.

She believes in the power of teamwork, continuous learning, and leading with a servant’s heart. Known for her commitment to excellence, Jess strives to meet and exceed expectations while remaining grounded, compassionate, and results-driven.

Before joining Pfefferle Management, Jess and her family relocated from California to Wisconsin in 2005 to provide a better upbringing for their children. Her previous roles include Human Resources Assistant at Madera Community Hospital, Business Office Director at Fox River Senior Living, and W-2 Financial Employment Planner / FoodShare Employment Trainer / Transition to Success Case Manager at Forward Service Corporation. These experiences have equipped her with the resilience, creativity, and adaptability needed to handle both personal and professional challenges, while managing multiple priorities with grace and efficiency.

Jess finds it incredibly rewarding to help further Pfefferle Management’s mission, vision, and values, contributing to its continued growth and success within the industry.

Outside of her professional life, Jess enjoys spending time with her family—especially her children, including her oldest who is now in heaven, her spouse and best friend Adam, their blended families, and dear friends. Though she misses her mom, brother, and lifelong friends back in California, she keeps those bonds strong through visits, FaceTime, phone calls, and messages.

In her spare time, Jess enjoys the simple joys of life: basking in the sun, trying new foods, camping, listening to live bands, swimming, thrifting, karaoke, bingo, and creating memorable events for family and friends. She has a deep passion for mentoring, educating, counseling, and helping others—whether in times of need or just because it’s the right thing to do. Jess brings her whole heart to everything she does, both personally and professionally, and lives each day with empathy, gratitude, and purpose.
