Pet Policy (cat & dog): $250.00 non-refundable deposit per pet plus $20 per month per cat, and $40 per month per dog. Dogs must be neutered and non-aggressive (no Rottweilers or Doberman Pinchers etc.), and cats must be spayed/fixed. All pets must have current medical documentation and licensed. Limited 2 pets per household.
