As property manager for Pfefferle Management’s Residential Division, David Sobczak oversees a portfolio of prestigious apartment buildings. Prior to joining Pfefferle Management, David managed a Class A property nestled along the upper east side of Milwaukee, adjacent to the lake. His experience handling Class A properties helps in understanding the challenges inherent to the properties he currently manages and provide solutions to address both property needs and resident concerns.

With over two decades dedicated to property management, David possesses a wealth of expertise in overseeing both tax credit and market rate properties, specializing as a tax credit specialist. His professional journey has taken him across various locations, including Texas and Florida, before returning home to Wisconsin fifteen years ago. Recently, he relocated to Appleton to be closer to family. Beyond work, David cherishs moments spent with loved ones and his faithful canine companion. In his leisure time, he indulges in watching movies and binge-worthy series, along with a newfound passion of exploring the wonders of the Fox Valley region.
