With a decade of experience in property management, Kurt Kutska brings extensive knowledge in construction, maintenance, and residential property operations. He began his career as a maintenance technician, where he developed a strong foundation in property upkeep and repair. His dedication and expertise led him to a ole as a leasing agent, where he gained valuable experience in tenant relations and leasing processes. Now serving as a property manager in Pfefferle Management’s Residential Department, Kurt takes great pride in overseeing properties and ensuring their optimal performance. Hardworking, respectful, and responsible, he is always eager to expand his knowledge and refine his management skills.

Outside of work, Kurt is a passionate football enthusiast who enjoys golfing and friendly competition. He cherishes time with his family, which includes his wife, six children, and one grandchild, making family life a central part of his world.
