Career Summary

As property manager for Pfefferle Management’s Residential Division, Tayler Crallie manages several multi-family apartment homes, residential and commercial mixed-use buildings as well as duplexes. She oversees the property’s day-to-day operations, working with owners, tenants, and developers to provide prompt customer service, resolve tenant disputes, enforce lease rules and regulations, respond to property maintenance concerns, conduct tenant screening, process applications, execute tenant contracts, show vacant units and conduct move-out inspections. Before becoming a full-time property manager, Ms. Crallie worked as a part-time on-site property manager for an affordable housing property.

Prior to joining Pfefferle Management, Ms. Crallie joined the active-duty Army at the age of 17 as a senior in high school. After graduating, she left for the military and was stationed in San Antonio, Texas, where she worked at the Army hospital as a pharmacy technician. After sustaining several injuries, she was medically retired and discharged from the Army and went on to attend college. Ms. Crallie has over 15 years of experience in customer service, administration, social service, healthcare, and sales. She began her career as a leasing agent and was promoted six months later to an on-site property manager and administrative assistant position. She has over five years of experience working in property management, mixed-income, market-rate housing, and multiple programs including LIHTC and HUD.

In her spare time, Ms. Crallie enjoys hanging out with her son, traveling, going to the beach, fishing, crafting, and watching her favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers, not missing a game.

• Associate’s Degree in paralegal from Northeast Technical College – Green Bay
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay
