Harmony Village Condo Association

Nestled in a quiet area of Stevens Point is Harmony Village. This condominium community is comprised of single family homes, duplexes and quad units that are all single story construction, built on slab foundations. Every unit contains a private or shared driveway with a private attached garage. Harmony Village unit owners are all 65 or over. The condominium association manages the common and limited common elements of the complex. On an annual basis, unit owners select/vote on a Board of Directors. This Board works hand in hand with a professional residential management company to manage and maintain the common and limited common elements of the complex. The management company also manages collection of condominium dues, payment of all expenses, coordination of services and maintenance related to the common and limited common elements.
