The Brin

From a mid-century theatre house to upscale living! The Brin Theatre opened on December 25, 1928 and closed its doors in 1969, last operated by Marcus Theaters. Severely damaged by a fire on August 10, 2018, the location now gains a new lease on life with the lot redeveloped into a newly constructed apartment complex.
